Our Team

Our dynamic team is passionate, energetic and committed to providing high-quality care for all children.

We recruit a committed team of senior students from Kuranui College, who are responsible, reliable, competent and proactive, to help us deliver a fun, interactive programme. We scout and recruit the very best of these keen and enthusiastic young people, who act as great role-models and mentors to our Pod children.

At all times, a team member with up-to-date first aid training is available onsite.

Health and safety

The Pod adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. You can view these here.

Sunsmart

Hats, sunscreen and rash vests are all requirements in summer months. The Pod will reapply sunscreen during the day for its holiday programmes.

Clothing

Children must be appropriately dressed for all programmes and bring changes of clothes in winter months when they may become wet.

Belongings

Children may bring scooters, bikes and skateboards at their own risk. Digital devices are discouraged but permitted. There are plenty of other great activities. But we recognise some children find them useful for homework or communication with their parents.
